Meet Frankie

Frankie Walters has more than 25 years experience and certification in Image Management and Professional Presence® (personal brand development). She develops and presents workshops focused on the ABC’s of Professional Presence: Appearance, Behavior, Communication.

Frankie’s diverse background includes Image Manager for Disneyland Resort® and Disneyland International where she managed the education and communication of the Disney Look for 11,000 cast members. She created and delivered training programs at the Disney® University: Professional Image, a Disney Leadership module; Professional Development, a six-part program to enhance cast members’ career paths. She also coached the annual Disneyland Ambassador team on professional image and etiquette. Other positions include Professional Development/Employment Coach for Blue Ridge Community College Career Center and Certified Image Consultant/retail store owner with over 10,000 satisfied customers, individuals and corporations. As a Chicago area businesswoman, Frankie was recognized as an Illinois Outstanding Working Woman for her work with the homeless.

Frankie is a 20-year professional member of Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and is a founding member of AICI Civility Counts Project. She is the recipient of a 2010 Civility Star Award for demonstrating outstanding leadership and promoting civility in the community. She was instrumental in securing signed proclamations from the State of Oklahoma signed by Governor Henry and the City of Norman, OK proclaiming May 2010 International Civility Awareness Month. These proclamations were presented at AICI’s 2010 International Conference in Vancouver, Canada.

Frankie is the author of Country Values ... City Wise: Lessons in Personal Development and Workplace Savvy. She shares her personal development journey from growing up country to business owner, corporate image manager, and certified coach and trainer. Her book details how to build positive relationships and a personal brand of excellence, obtain a new position, and advance in an organization.

Frankie’s workshops meld her business acumen, Disney Image and Disney Guest Service knowledge and training background into a unique learning experience. The workshops focus on developing employees’ personal brands to align with the company’s business brand to ensure customer satisfaction, sustain business growth, and enhance professional development. She created and teaches Excellence in Service Delivery at the University of Oklahoma, College of Continuing Education/Outreach.
